"International Ventures’ work on a new Department of Public Works Facility in Yarmouth, Ma is completed. The original buildings had safety issues and physical deficiencies, including inadequate ventilation, no vehicle wash area and a long list of required repairs. Plus the buildings were outdated and too small to house the personnel and equipment that provide core public works services for the town."

"The $20 million project included six buildings totaling over 45,000 square feet. The building design included a mezzanine, insulated metal panels, standing seam roof, and curbs.  International Ventures supplied building parts, engineering, plus construction services and is designed to last 50 years to provide a safe OSHA compliant environment for workers."

GVW Inc was the general contractor. Mark Frazier, Site Superintendent, noted that this project was not typical.
