Event Center: Straight column clear span or modular frame steel building system 56’-0” wide x 100’-0” long x 14’-0” eave height. Non-expendable end wall frames. 6:12 roof slope. Bypass Girts at sidewalls and at end walls. Bay Spacing’s are 4 @ 18’-9”. With a 15’ x 50’ x 10’-6” Single sloped building attached to the side wall of the event center. 3/12 roof slope.

Pre-Engineered Metal Building: 200’-0” W x 450’-0” L x 32’-0” Eave Ht.

Metal Frames, purlins, girts, roof and wall panels, trim. Bay spacing is 18@25’-0” Roof secondary structure is ‘Zee’ purlin 10” depth. Wall secondary structure is ‘Zee’ girts 8” depth.

Roof panels-24” wide Trapezoidal SSR 24Ga Galvalume. Wall panels PBR 26 Ga painted Silicone Polyester finish.

Flashings and trim. Gutters and downspouts. All installation/erection hardware (bolts, nuts, washers). Framed openings for (1) 12’-0” x 12’-0” overhead door, (13) 3’-0” x 7’-0” walk doors, (1) 6’-0” x 7’-0” walk doors, (1) 17’-2”x 8’-0” + (1) 15’-0” x 8’-0” store-front doors. Projection canopy on the corner of left endwall and back sidewall.

Screenwalls installed.
